I used 2 rebate forms in one envelope as to avoid any confusion on their part.

Also the rebate form has you fill in the FRAM® AirHog™ Filter Model #_______________
for each.

I went into my local (Tampa) Pep Boys to buy some stuff. On the clearance table there were several different part numbers of AirHogs, all marked down to $7.00 final sale. The rebate coupon available at Amazon doesn't limit the offer to Amazon purchases, so this is a nice way to make $26 (less sales tax and a stamp) on the purchase of 2. Even more of a bonus if they have one that fits your particular application. Definitely a YMMV as it depends on what each store is putting on clearance.

Sent the rebate in 8/4 and received $20 rebate check today.

FYI...if you are not using the firefox Amazon pricewatch plugin or it's IE counterpart you are missing out on some free money. The price I paid for my 2 fram filters has dropped TWICE since I purchased them and they didn't actually ship until a couple of days ago....you get an email from the site that tracks the prices with instructions on how to submit a form on Amazon to get credited for the difference to the new price....

Good advice, I've used priceprotectr.com since the last Christmas season.
One AirHog filter dropped $2.46 and a 2nd filter only .05.
Amazon's customer service refunded the difference promptly.

Sent in 2 rebates at the beginning of August and it showed up on the rebate site as "in process" on 8/21.

Hopefully it won't take much longer before they get approved and the check is mailed.

09/08/08 UPDATE:

(2) $20 Rebate checks showed up in the mail today!

Made $14 cash plus 2 FREE filters delivered...Best rebate ever..wish I could do this again and make more money.

Me too. Got an email asking to confirm I still wanted the filters, and once I did they cancelled my order. Bummer.
