I placed an order last Thursday and still haven't got the tracking info. I called their 800#, but the line was not working. Does this company actually exist?

I ordered 5 samples that were supposed to be 4.4 ml, but the packets I received were only 1.77 ml.
Now, I have to return them. What a hassle!
