how do you as a customer "scan it"?

Crestwood, MO (Store # 42) has 15 or so of the 120GB SATA drives.

I just got back from the Southlake, TX BB, they had several of the 120 GB WD Scorpio's. The price was $68.xx though. I had a blue shirt pull up the inventory for the area, and I saw the Flower Mound, TX BB had 7 in stock at the 22.99 price. I asked if he could price match for me, he got a manager, and they did. The manager did say he would only sell one at this price, so YMMV. On a side note, all of the area BB that was on the list had the drive for $68.xx, only Flower Mound had it for the $22.99. I may stop in next week to see if any other stores have dropped yet.

good luck finding, online showed in stock - went to local BB and none there. had em look up and next closed showed 16 avail. - sped over there, again none found on shelf. asked if possible in back, was told there's no back room BB stock, all inventory is on floor?

is everyone else's inventory search showing in stock at all their stores? a recent BB clearance deal had an inventory "mistake" that showed all stores in stock, despite what they had

Lets see, if you think it's a good deal, would others, maybe even the very employees you call to asked who sees it pop up on the screen and decides to buy all of them for his "friends" think so, too? Call and have your (and your fellow FWer) FW dream squashed by the lowly paid employees every time. EVERY TIME!

Got a 160g one from NW Houston.

the 120g was not a clearance item, but they did have the 160 on clearance for $27.99. He further went to check surrounding stores and explained pricing is up to the manager of the store. Some stores had the items for this clearance price others did not...
