I prefer the HDPE Nalgene bottles (white, translucent plastic). They contain no hazardous chemicals and are flexible enough to be frozen without cracking. And they have a large mouth. And they're made in the USA.

OK the ATTN Naglene got my attention, so I'm looking through trying to figure out if I really need to throw out my 20 year old Nalgene bottle, I love it and use it on every Bike trip, It wasn't until I went to the easy to read article that I discovered they make drinking bottles, I'll never give up my 500ml plastic gas bottle, hate aluminum in my bike bottle racks...

LOL - Got me! I'll read the title a little closer next time!
