Did this same some time back. When duplicate papers came I called WSJ (contact info is on page 2?) and they just eliminated one subscription and stacked it on the other. No muss, no fuss. |

For those of you still waiting for the WSJ. I subscribed on Feb. 13 and sent them an email inquiring what's going on with the subscription. Here's the reply I got: "Thank you for contacting Miles for Magazines. This is in response to your inquiry. We received your comments and The Wall Street Journal publication currently has an 17 week delay on the subscription. Thank you for your participation in the Miles For Magazine Program." 17 Weeks!! Unbelievable. Not sure how this program works, but I'm sure if I paid for a subscription, I would be getting it within a week or two.

Yes, I got a postcard saying my order was cancelled, but gave no other information (including who to contact). I found a number and called, and they told me the same 17 week delay. I told them I got a postcard, and they said, my order was canceleld because my miles would not transfer. WTF? I have plenty of miles, and they told me I would need to go through Continental. I was like, screw that. Now, the deal looks dead (at least from Continental). Continental no longer offers the deal... |

Although they don't have WSJ listed on AA Magazine for Miles, I called them on 1-800-961-8669, and they were able to place an order for me this morning, because they said WSJ is available (and not The Economist) |

Just called the NW number. They have 230 WSJ for 3,300 miles now. Still an awesome deal. |

I'm not impressed with this company. Used 1700 AA miles for WSJ and 1700 AA miles for Barron's. They DOUBLE debited my AA Miles account for 3400 miles (Total of 6800 miles debited). I called and they didn't seem to notice this. They will contact AA and see what's up. Stay tuned... |

bozo007 said:This is more like a 39-week offer given that the WSJ is published 6 days a week. But, you can also stretch it to about 3 years. Last time I did this kind of deal, when I received my first issue, I called the paper and told them I wanted my regular subscription converted to the weekend edition. They happily did this for free and without question. I'm still on-file for the same number of issues. I find the weekend edition is sufficient for me, as it highlights everything that went on throughout the whole week. I don't have investments that fluctuate too much to be too concerned about what happens daily. Now, if I was day-trading, I might convert my subscription over, but even then, actual press time is much too slow for me to rely on the print edition. |

Called the rewards program about a month back since it was taking so long i would have to change my address. The rep said the 3 subs i had would stack so I got 690 issues for 5100 miles, not too shabby. Started getting my Economist too. |

Just noticed you can get Daily Variety for 5500 miles too. Regular cover price is $882 for 252 issues. Not a bad deal for $55 in miles, if you're in the entertainment industry or just really into movies. |

Be careful when they say they're gonna stack them i checked my wsj and it only says its gonna go through 03/09.. meaning they just deleted my other 2 subs. |

I have been checking the WSJ link on Delta.com for weeks. It hasn't been listed. Oh well, I'm fine reading it on my Kindle, but I would like to save $9.99/month (I have a ton of FF miles with Delta). |

230 issues is 9 mos of 6 day a week delivery. Why don't they make it 111 days or 183 days or something other than ONE YEAR. It's kind of like downsizing cereal boxes gradually and then offering a jumbo size. Mine started finally two weeks ago....but....I received 4 papers so far. Great service! Good luck to all. |
