A virtually identical deal was posted earlier here for Blinds.com expiring on 2/29. As you can see a lot of people got a great deal.
This new link expires on 3/18. This appears to be a different company, but this is the one I've used. Just use GET1FREE coupon code at checkout and pay $4.00 order processing charge + tax (TX residents) and fill out linked rebate form.
I did my whole condo with their custom wooden blinds last year and their quality is excellent.

For sure, this is a different company from Blinds.com?
The rebate form seems the same, even has the (including the use of cookies, IP addresses, zip code regression analysis, and fuzzy logic customer account matching) comment. I know it's a different address, maybe the rebate was supposed to jokingly identical to the Blinds.com one.
I caught that and updated title and description. Likely a competitive ad. Again, I've done my whole condo in justblinds.com wooden blinds and they're great.
Blinds, NoBrainerBlinds and JustBlinds are all located in Houston, TX. I know the first 2 are connected somehow because an email I received from Blinds dot com contained a return address for NoBrainerBlinds.
Is there a way to find out if they are all the same company ?
Registrant: Blinds Acquisition, LLC Jay Steinfeld 4660 Beechnut, #218 Houston, TX 77096 US jay@NoBrainerBlinds.com 001-713-8380404 Fax: 000-000-0000000
For justblinds.com I found:
Administrative Contact , Technical Contact : Swartz, Johann postmaster@justblinds.com 10960 Millridge N. Dr. Ste. 204 Houston, TX 77070 US Phone: 832-296-6128
Conclusion:Blinds.com and NoBrainerBlinds.com are one and the same; justblinds.com is most likely a separate company.
Now here is to hoping I can find the exact same blinds here as the almost free one I got at Blinds.com... Need 2 more of the same... (no, did not want to cheat and have my neighbors order one for me... I got scared of their negative regression break even scuffle analysis claims...)
For vertical blinds for larger sliding glass doors, is this a good deal? I got in on regular faux wood blinds for a couple of rooms from the first Blinds.com deal and only paid $10 total in shipping. With the larger vertical blinds though, they normally start around $100 and the oversized shipping fee adds $70 more. With a limit of up to $50 off, is it really worth getting the larger blinds online? Or would I be better off just looking for them at my local Home Depot or Lowes?
I have ordered from a few different on-line companies and have always had a good experience. I just wanted to share a pricing comment ~
Coincidentally, I have been pricing some cellular shades for the past week, ordering color samples, etc. When I saw this post, I went to the JustBlinds site and was happy to see my cellular shades would qualify for the "free blinds" promo. But... THE PRICE WENT UP! Before the "free" promo, my shades would've have been $106.60 each. After the promo, they were $132 each. So do the math -
$106.60 x 2 = $213.20 $132.00 x 2 = $264 less $50 rebate = $214 = slightly more plus waiting for rebate!
For anyone interested, my best deal (for identical product, a no-name sold by many but mfd by a division of Hunter Douglas) has been Blinds.com which also has 3% FC. I've also had good experience with Yourblinds.com (no FC and no #bates) and BlindsChalet.com (of Phoenix) with 4% FC.
Blinds are expensive, especially since we have a 72" by 60" bay window, but $50 off a nice horizontal solar shade might be just the thing. I am sick of handrolling the crappy roller shade we have inside the see-thru wooden roller!
Anyone have/seen this one (the link from above) in person and can comment?
We layered one single 72" x 60" inside-the-frame roller darkening shade (ugly as sin) with a 76"ish thin bamboo-like roller outside-the-frame.
Ideally we need privacy at night and UV shade (but see-through out?) in the day from ONE shade. I know, I know, I can't have it all, and this window (actually two aluminum horizontal slider windows stacked within the same frame, circa 1970's) is HUGE!
jidteach said:window (actually two aluminum horizontal slider windows stacked within the same frame, circa 1970's) is HUGE! I am trying to picture this! Is this a 1970's version of dual pane windows??
So it is not really FAR as there is a shipping charge. Definately a good deal for just the shipping charge, but the title is slightly misleading and yes Im nitpicking, but you would be nitpicking about me nitpicking so ....yeahh.
