Their verbiage is ambiguous. Worst case, it's $99.90 for 5 years as FrugalFreak pointed out. You are still saving about $20.
Any current customer try this with a new CC and new email, do you get that same message? or you have to get a family member or friend who's new to get in on this?
Also, the "free international calls" is misleading; It refers to the fact that you can use the magicjack while traveling abroad if you have access to the internet and NOT free calls from your magicjack to phone numbers outside of the US. OP, thanks for the heads up but please fix the title. Note that the only things that they advertise as free are local and long distance. Thanks!

I am not falling for another sunrocket style gamer. For that matter I do not trust ooma/magicjack etc.
Magic Jack needs a Magic Box to allow PC free calling.
I am using magicJack from last 2 months I've no issue with it, everything is working fine for me.
Except I've to turn on laptop 24hours because its powered by USB in your computer.

FYI--It works natively on intel macs now--I have mine running fine.

its different than sunrocket and italkbb, this one is a usb unit which you connect your phone to and you must have your pc running for recieving calls. but i had a lot of fun with it still. however you might have to figure out how to play with it B=)
No it's exactly like Sunrocket, they charge in advance for phone service you may (or may not) get 
$100 over 5 years still equates to $20 a year, the only savings is $20 for the USB key and that's really not enough to justify buying 5 years in advance o_O
my parents are using magic jack in india.. works great we have a local 732 # in india to call
