$599 for this Sony Vaio, dont forget my greens for my post.... this time wanna have big green bar
I checked online for its regular price, it is between $820-$950.
I think great deal, what you guys think?

Thank you for greens. I found HP Laptop deal too, $649 with $50 mail-in rebate with almost same specs.

interesting. very similar model notebook on saturday 1 day sale for $799.

beware of the harddrive sale for $89. It was $79 on Saturday for PATA model. Unless you desperately need a desktop hard-drive, don't buy one on Monday yet.

Prices Good Mon Mach 24, thru Tue March 25,2008. Closed Easter Sunday. Some of the items are same price online too like the hard drive maxtor for 89 bucks is the one I can remember. I live in California but most of the time Frys does good job about price matching so no worries. You guys should have the ad everywhere online by now
If I get enough greens I will keep early Frys ad info posting here on fat wallet...promise to keep our secret ..shh

i think I am going to jump on this....how is Frys return policy on laptops? ..if the box is not open? is there still any restocking fee?

no fee at all, use it bring it in 15 days back. dont give any damage, just come in and say you didnt like it. get your money back.
yes...Free printer with mail-in rebate is with any notebook i forgot to write that ha....
guys...i checked Office Depot ad, cc ad and talked to sales friends over there...
this is great deal.
the only deals you can find better than this:

1- SonyStyle online store refurbished
2- Good and cheaper amd laptop. So when you see a great priced amd vs intel laptop check it out!
3- Or pay more get more so overall make it better value , performance / cost


Becareful about technology: you want core 2 not dual core Check specific Amd vs Intel model benchmark for your regular activities....gamers, word docs, 3d or whatever you do.
