Good deal if the dates work for you!

Nice deal for you Skankee fans

Well, the convenience charge is $5.60 per ticket, so a cool $20 night out for 4 just turned into $42.40! What ever happened to the Pearl Jam/Ticketmaster boycott?!

I had some trouble even finding the $5 tickets. I was able to get Tier Reserved Seating (The highest nosebleed seats) for the April 2 game. I did not purchase, though. Searching for best availble brought up the $240 seats (each).

I have a FW hint for tickets to Yankee Stadium: If the game is not sold out or too popular (forget this trick for Yankee/Bosox), go to the stadium and see who is selling. A lot of times, people just GIVE their tickets away for free to scalpers, because the people got them for free. Once the game starts, you can just offer anything, since their cost is zero, anything is profit. Don't be fooled by the face price, they'll say "Oh, these are $60 tickets". It doesn't matter, their cost was still zero so offer them $5 bucks. If they say no, walk away. They'll come running (especially if the game already started!) Just make sure you check the date and be sure the tickets were not for last night's game.

make sure you are only selecting the dates listed and seats for either Tier Box, Tier Reserved MVP, Tier Reserved or Bleacher

this site is seriously screwed up.

The prices are seriously screwed up. The cheapest seats with a decent view are $65. With prices like that, my kids will never get to a ballgame unless somebody gives us free tickets. Only a few years ago the tier box seats behind the plate were only $20. It's literally cheaper to buy tickets to see the Yankees in Baltimore and get a hotel than to see them in the Bronx.

WOW!!! Who would think that a site run by Ticketmaster would have huge hidden charges, be unbelievably user-unfriendly, and have incorrect information?

I'm all in favor of a Ticketmaster boycott, but it pretty much needs to start with the vendors (i.e., sports franchises, bands, etc.)

Their has to be a promo code for this to work, I've tried Fuji and Fujifilm. No go!!!

Seriously, I just put in a request for one ticket for a bunch of games. Came up empty each time. $5 tix would be nice even with surcharges.

Alright guys I'm gonna give you a huge tip. Wait for the stubhub $20 codes to float around and buy tickets then. Especially if you can buy single tickets. Whichever way even if you buy 2 bleacher tickets with one of those codes it could come to like $2-$5 bucks. Obviously you won't see the Red Sox but its the best deal you'll get. Also this works for Mets tickets too, UR1-10 are your friend. Maybe a little more but still dirt cheap. Make as many stubhub accounts as you can.

make sure to select Full Price Ticket and NOT Promotions and Special Offers, there is no promo code, if you select tier box, tier reserved mvp, tier reserved or bleacher seats for any of the listed dates, they will come up as $5.00 each

I was able to find decent seats and yes the Ticketmaster charges suck, but for 4 tickets, it came out to less than 1 at retail.

Tier Box
Seat location: section BX 640, row F, seats 1-4
Total Charge: US $ 47.95

and

Tier Box
Seat location: section BX 638, row A, seats 10-11
Total Charge: US $ 26.75
