I just used $20 off $200 coupon for the second time from the same account. In fact, I didn't need to apply the coupon. It was already there. May be I am late in noticing this.

No. They said there is something wrong with the system, and they have filed a "technical ticket" for the issue. If they have banned my account for whatever reason, the CSRs don't know about it.

I believe it was a typo on her/his part as the Nuvi 360 is currently priced at $236.17 which would bring the price down to $216.17 with the $20.00 AVC discount not $316.00.....

Got the S5is for $280 AC, plus I had a $15 GC as an additional discount.

I just did this for a camera that I bought before the coupon came out. I sent them a courteous email asking them if they would be kind enough to refund $20. Courtesy goes a long way...
