Just got this in the mail yesterday. Use Code SPRING8 for 30% off online. Can also have the sales associates enter code "MISSEDYOU" at the register at B&M. Cole Haan can really be hit or miss, but my favorite pair of shoes ever are Cole Haans. Oh, and be careful folks, their shoes are pretty narrow.

I know, not the hottest deal around, but thought I'd let you peeps know. Most importantly, it works on sale items.

I thought this jacket was nice looking for a casual spring coat. - $145 after discount.

Here are the terms of the deal:

"Please present this card to receive the 30% discount at all Cole Haan retail stores or shop online at colehaan.com March 26 - April 10, 2008. Offer valid for one visit only on current retail prices and cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, repairs or combined with other offers. Store has a right to limit quantities. Employees are not eligible. To receive discount in store, associate please enter code MISSEDYOU. To receive your discount when shopping online, please enter code SPRING8 during checkout."

Short answer: Yes - no.

Long answer: Cole Haan is a pretty well-known brand, but not for what you are asking. They make decent quality shoes, but are typically understated and not generally at the edge of fashion. I think they miss that range of buyers, as they make either casual leather shoes or formal business-wear shoes. I wouldn't wear my Cole Haan dress shoes with a pair of jeans, and I wouldn't wear my CH casual shoes to a party to try to impress anyone. That being said, I have gotten complimented on CH shoes several times. I hope this answers your inquiry.

Is there a printable version for B&M use?

No, sorry. It came on a 4x6 cardboard...card. It has my name and addy right next to the deal details. Just bring the code with you for the cashier to enter (MISSEDYOU) and tell them whatever story you want about why your card isn't with you ("It's big and bulky for carrying around" "I forgot it but remembered the random code" "I'm allergic to cardboard" "Look at me - I'm in a frickin' bikini for god's sake. Where would I put it?", etc. etc.) They shouldn't really argue with you at all.

Thanks for this, Cole Haan makes my favorite shoes for work: they look like dress shoes but have Nike soles. Comfy but professional. Love 'em.

I swear by Cole Haan's. They are very fashionable, but most importantly EXTREMELY comfortable. I guess you can say I'm pretty peculiar on what shoes I wear because mostly all the other brands (Aldo, Kenneth Cole, etc.) I find end up hurting my feet or knees, but I've yet to find a pair of Cole Haan Air's that I can't wear for a minimum 12 hours comfortably, comparable to wearing sneakers...

Do they have good men's shoes? I heard the Nike Air's were good shoes with their line.

Cole Haan is on the same fashion level as Banana Republic. Nothing special, but good enough.

If you find a style you like, I highly recommend the Cole Haan Air's. Also, the 30% coupon is nice, but you can also find some nice Cole Haan's at some Cole Haan outlet stores as well.

buy now!

cole haan is certainly not on par with Banana Republic. their high end dress shoes are just that - high end.

Agree with the Nike Air technology used in the Cole Haans. It is great stuff and makes wearing dress shoes very comfortable. Give them a try.

there shoes are awesome!

Extremely comfortable. I have 2 each of the same style in brown and black.

I'm wearing a pair of Cole Haan loafers right now with my jeans and they look great.

I don't concur with that sentiment. I've not seen any Banana Republic shoes with which I'm impressed, (as far as quality or outranking Cole Haan).

I think robster was saying that Cole Haan Shoes are better than Banana Republic ones.

I didn't mean to imply that there aren't any styles that work with jeans; I was just trying to answer his question as I interpreted it. I'm sure you look very nice.

Thanks OP, I was looking for a particular pair with the Nike Air soles at Nordstrom this past weekend but you just saved me quite a bit! High quality shoes, mostly stitched instead of glued.
