I bought the E2200 bundle and E4500 bundle from local frys. Both cpus are retail boxed. I guess the Celeron C430
is retail boxed also?

Where did you see this? It was advertised yesterday as a 1 day sale in the SJ Mercury News, but I couldn't make it to the store before closing.
It's in Fry's big weekend ad (page 6) in the SJ paper today. So the price should be good through Tuesday, 4/15/08, unless they run out before then.
