So, I saw the FW post for 50% off clearance at the KC website and I thought I would see what's at my local outlet store in Carlsbad, CA. Here's what I found on Sunday:
They have several models of shoes that are 50% off the LOWEST marked price. All of the models listed on the website plus some other models are marked at the clearance price of +/- $79.98 in store. After the ADDITIONAL 50% off they came out to ~$40 a pair. AND if that deal wasn't a HOT deal in itself, it's blazing hot because they also have another promotion for the whole store that gives you another $25 off for each $100 spent!
Here was my deal:
Walking Tall Black: 44.96
50% off -22.48
All Geared Up LE: 89.96 (Silver Technology)
50% off -44.98
Get Into Gear LE: 79.96 (Silver Technology)
50% off -39.98
SUBTOTAL $107.42
Add. Discount -25.00
Total before tax: $82.42
There were several other items that I bought as well -several also 50% off lowest marked price. In total I bought 3 pairs of shoes, a pair of jeans, a belt, 3 T shirts, and a leather purse for my wife for $250.33 out the door. This included an extra $75 off of my original total that was $300+
