I think this might be my first post.. I think it's a decent deal, I recently broke my old DVD player so I dusted off the PS2 and had just the composite cables, found this good deal for component cables. Update: Added PS3 as sources have confirmed this cable will work on PS2 or PS3.
CircuitCity.com has the Monster Gamelink Component Video Cable for PS2 (PGL400CVAA10) on sale for 8.96 with an instant 10% off using coupon code BCAS9D4AZB (posted on the item page) bringing the price down to $8.06 + Tax for an instore pickup or add $3.49 to get it shipped directly to you.
Only one out of 6 stores in my region (SE PA) has one.
There's a $5 PriceGrabber review rebate available on this item at the moment (disappears from PG's site once 25 people have downloaded a copy).

If anyone wants to borrow my review for the PG rebate.
M M M M Monster cable is the shiz nizzle in connecting things. I plugged it in one end and then into to other end and the picture was like way better than any of those cables I bought for a quarter of the price at monoprice.com
Great job OP! Thanks for the post! Grabbed one for pick up close to my house and the $5 PG rebate too
Not sure what I will do with this as I don't have a PS3 and I already have component cables for my PS2 but oh well I guess now I'll need to go and buy a PS3 for this.
I had reserved one of these online for pickup at the York, PA CC, since the inventory system claimed that Harrisburg (more convenient store for me) didn't have any left. On a whim I looked around in the Harrisburg store anyway, and found one. Bought it (apparently their last one), which means there should still be at least one at the York, PA store if anyone in that area still needs one.
