This deal is hidden in their special deals section, so not many know about it.

Configured a business card. For 1000 business cards shipping is $18.93 via UPS Ground. The shipping options go up from there. That really cools this deal down a lot.
Sure, it you want to support spammers (email and snail mail). Personally, I don't.

Cards are pretty thick, I have printed business cards before at VistaPrint, comparatively at ozoprint cards are a bit thicker and they laminate it as well so that should add to thickness and durability.
Business card I printed with them had good solid blue in the background which came out pretty decent, lot better then my old VistaPrint cards.
$17 shipping is simply a rip-off, when it would cost them $4 max via priority mail, so that's how they're making money. They're certainly not sending them UPS Overnight... And I found the designs to be mostly tacky.

$4 max for priority mail? Do you live in a cave? Priority mail is more than $4 these days. Priority Mail® Large Flat-Rate Box 12.95 Priority Mail® Flat Rate Box 8.95 Priority Mail® 4.60 - 15.85
1000 cards is pretty heavy and more bulky than what will fit in a flat rate container. I suspect they would be about $10 for UPS ground.

I just ordered 1000, with both front and back images (hey, if you don't like their designs, design your own). VistaPrint couldn't print an image with a black background on a black card (they tried twice, and both times the card came out dark grey, while the background of my image is black, looks like hell), and charges you almost $5 just to upload an image. Shipping for the Ozoprint order was under $15, no charge to upload, glossy AND laminated (VistaPrint's were just a flat finish, glossy was extra).
Ozoprint: 1000 full color, custom uploaded image, 2 sided cards, glossy and laminated, delivered - $20.41

I think 1000 cards would fit fine in the 1-pound $4.60 box.
Sure, it you want to support spammers (email and snail mail). Personally, I don't. any company that has a "relationship" with you will send you an email or 2 every now and then - have you gotten spam from the actual company without ever ordering from them? or do you just get a lot of spam from their affiliates? don't be too quick to judge, we have ordered from them twice with GREAT success and not a lot of spam at all, as they have an "opt out" policy and personally i have NEVER seen snail mail spam from them, so i'm not sure what you're talking about!

Yeah, the VistaPrint order was for their "free" premium cards. You pick the better value.
that's a pretty good deal, a colleague of mine says he has an order out for 250 glossy front and back, and i'm almost positive i heard him say it was costing him $50!!!!

FYI Glossy on a black card ends up looking tacky. You should always do matte on black cards if you want to maintain a professional image. The reason is that fingerprints and smudges will show clearly on a black card with a glossy finish.

Unfortunately, VistaPrint doesn't just send you an email or 2 every now and then, they send them out every other day (if not more, I might have deleted them). No customer in the world has that sort of needs that they need someone constantly badgering them, whether there's an unsubscribe link in the email or not.

My point was $4.60 is more than "less than $4".
Would 1000 cards + packaging be less than 1 pound? I am guessing it would, but could very well be wrong.
Isn't the height of the cards taller than the width of the $4.60 flat rate box. Im sure you could cram them in, but they could get damaged. You want to have some padding. There might be a box that I havent seen that could do this at $4.60.

Has anyone used them before? How is the thickness of the cards?
I had to order some business cards for work and they were like $99 for 250 cards.
They were full color, double sided matte. I'm going to need cards for both of my businesses and my whole office.
So I need to find the best deal.

I'm not sure I receive the e-mails anymore (could be filtered through my ISP) but they used to call me on my phone too which pissed me off. It isn't like I'm doing their free cards which might make them think they're entitled to get something back.
I've been happy with the quality of the cards from VistaPrint, but I agree that their harassing of their customers is a big turn-off. I'd probably use them again once I run out of cards just because I pretty much custom made the whole card rather than use one of their stock templates and don't want to go through the trouble of remaking a new one elsewhere.

All these companies seem to have been inspired by the eBay sellers who rip people off by hoping they won't notice their outrageous, inflated shipping costs.

Got my cards from ozoprint.com yesterday, and while it seemed like it took forever, it was within the 6-8 weeks they'd specified. The box was HEAVY (card shaped and about 2 feet long). Didn't look at how they'd shipped it, but I wouldn't be surprised if their actual shipping costs ran over $10, so with handling $14 isn't out of line. Cards are thick and look FANTASTIC! VistaPrint's stuff is just junk compared to these. I put one of our beer labels on the back (after all, we're a brewery. Had I thought about it longer I would have printed all of our labels on there, but then they'd be tiny and couldn't be read), and the color reproduction and detail are great. Even with shipping, it came out to $0.02 per card for full color/2sided laminated cards with my own custom design on both sides, which to me is a great deal.
Just checked with UPS. Actual shipping cost for the business cards (4 lb. package) was $9.91, so a $14 and change shipping and handling fee certainly isn't out of line. Now don't all you weasels who gave this deal red feel ashamed of yourselves?

Can't beat the price but their library of templates did NOT instill confidence in me. Their selection looked very unprofessional and I almost threw up on keyboard. Im willing to try them. Who knows. They may be great and I will shift all my printing to them. Otherwise, Im going to have lots of tables to balance and fires to start.

I forgot to note here that I ordered from Ozoprint and I am satisfied with their service and quality. They contacted me a few times to make sure my updated illustrator file was going to show up well, and they shipped it by the 3rd week, I think. ^_^ I'll be giving these away for my club, so it's pretty decent quality business cards for the price.

I just found this deal from OverNightPrints and they give you 100 free premium business cards with glossy coating..I also uploaded my own image for free.
Looks like they have many more designs than Vista Print but I didnt look at them all and instead uploaded my own.
I just got my business cards from ozoprint, I am impressed with their quality. Would recommend to friends. Like the thickness of the card and sharp printing.
I can also highly recommend Ozoprint for business cards. I had cards made last week and the quality of the four color process was great.
I sent this email to the company...
My cards arrived today and I just had to tell you that they turned out fantastic! The print is razor sharp, the colors are spot on and the quality of paper and finish is first rate. I could not be more pleased. Usually with projects like this for me, anything that could go wrong, does. Not with this project. Everything went right.
I've had nothing but problems with ozoprint's online design tool as well as their customer service.
I've spent about three hours designing my business cards and when I got to pay, I get a server error. Calls to customer support end the same way - being disconnected everytime I try to talk to support.
The cards may be inexpensive, but both the website and support are the epitome of CHEAP!

I use VistaPrint as well. Great company. I do not work for the company just a satisfied customer.
