Went to Home Depot to look for the Pegasus kitchen faucet and saw this in the clearance ceiling fan and lighting section.

There was a sticker on it marked down to $36.50, but the sign on the shelf showed $12.20.

I couldn't find the actual item online, but here is a similar model, although the clearance one is 42" and does not include a light, unlike the 52" model in the picture. Similar style however

There were a few other deals, but this one stood out. There was a sign for a floorlamp orig $29.xx on clearance for $4.82, but there were none left on the shelf so I can't comment on how good that would have been.
