UPDATE: ** Sorry, I just read the rebate and it says IN STORE PURCHASES ONLY. INCLUDING ORDERS FOR IN STORE PICKUP. 'Course, you could return and re-ring I guess.
Still, Free or Make $15 if you can wrangle it.
1 rebate per household.
It was marked down to $4.99 at the Sugarland, TX store on Highway 6, with a $20 mail in rebate that as far as I can see, is not limited to the purchase price. Still, I bought it because $5 or free for this neat little player is probably worth it.
Online it would be nearly free after the rebate.
Rebate prints at the register.
Reviews on pricegrabber were suprisingly good.

Mounts as a drive with no drivers, works with Mac OS X and probably numerous other OS's as well.
Also got a Maxell Airline Adapter that lets you plug in a regular pair of headphones to those dual airplane plugs for $1.
Neat features: it records from FM and also has a voice activated record mode. You can adjust the quality and get some long voice activated record times. Cheap bugging device.
Think it only records to internal, but still.
