What's with the 10/100 NIC? Is that a typo or does a desktop of this calibre still not have gigabit?

Gigabit ethernet on this computer would be nice but not really needed. Most home routers don't even support GigE

wow, seems like a pretty good deal for a quad-core.

I can not get the EPP coupon to work. It says that my email address is invalid. I am guessing that you need a Dell.com email address? How is anybody supposed to get the 10% coupon?

There are a few $50 off EPP codes on eBay right now. Would these stack?

Wondering about the same thing as well. Or should I wait for the next deal? Thx in advance for your comment.

well since you can find 22" LCD's for under $200 pretty frequently, I'd say this is a good deal and you can pick up a monitor later

just signed up for the 10% off coupon, how long does it usually take to arrive by email ?

What do you mean not really needed? We run gigabit in the office cause we need it. Every IBM we've bought in the past 5 years has had gigabit integrated standard. WTF Dell.

Gigabit switches are cheap < $30.

Dell should include it by now since people do use networks for things other than the internet. Streaming video anyone and file transfers anyone?
