This was on sale last month for about $15 after MIR but I missed it. Now it is about $20 with NO MIR including shipping online or you can pick it up in store if you happen to have a Micro Center nearby.

NM, I see the difference now.
Isnt the other Antec enclosure better? I have a MadDog enclosure that looks exactly like this one, its very poorly made.
These cases are adequate.
It can be tricky to install the HD without nipping the wiring.
I use one daily; it works fine.
Price is now down to $15 [no MIR].
Picking up 2 at my local Rockville MD store. Thanks OP, green for you!
Pretty good price considering Newegg wants $35+ship .
Green for OP !
Since this is USB2-only, the price of $15 is about what it's worth. Now it's a good deal.
has really good reviews online. thanks OP, will pick up a couple. wish they were also compatible with ZIDE
At $15 it's a Gr8 deal. I'll pick up one or two at Mayfield Heights.
Thanks OP!
you know since its online, PMing Staples and adding another deal + a coupon just might work. the thing is im trying to pair it up with a ongoing deal that adds up to 150
Thanx OP, grabbed one in store today. Price tag read $39.99, scanned $14.99 at register. Very nice, green for you!

did anyone get their rebate from the last time microcenter had this for $15 after rebate?
Thanks op. Got two from Staples after pm on the phone for 14.99 each.
MX-1 is a much better case, about $50 in-store at Fry's.
I have used a case similar to this MX-100, not bad, but the MX-1 is great.

MX-1 is only $30 now on Frys.com, can you elaborate why it is great?
not really that great performance wise but its more portable if you dont want to be lugging around something as big as the mx-1.
Nothing really. Just asked. I am a Staples rewards customer and usually any order placed with reference to your Staples rewards number ships free. I should mention also that I live in NJ and there is ONE microcenter store in NJ. Maybe that's the reason I did not get charged shipping.
I also added the mailmate shredder, nav to the same order to get to 100 so I could also add a 25 off 100. So these two ended me costing next to nothing.

MX-1 has active cooling(simply said, fan cooled). Sometimes highly desired and necessary for rock solid stability as an external drive for TiVo and other typs of DVRs, among other uses, I imagine.
