got the 410 3 weeks ago. One major design flaw of the 410 and the 500 is that they swapped the keys for redial/turn-on voiceactivation as compared to my WEP200.
With the 410/500 -> You pressed the button once and it redials; you hold it for a second and it turns on voice activation. I hate this ... You will hit the button by accident and it will redial and annoy your friends to death.
My WEP200 is perfect and voice quality is about the same and may be a little louder than my 410.

You mean to say there is no difference between noise canceling (WEP500) and WEP200 ? Hard to believe, as per the reviews on Amazon.

As what I wrote I am comparing between the voice quality bet my Wep200 and my WEP410. I metioned the Wep500 as to the redial key feature which is the same on both the 410/500. I do not have the WEP500 but my friend just got one last week .... I have yet to tried the WEP500 myself but I do not intend to buy it because of the redial button key. My 410 is now my backup headset only.

It is not the issue of confusion bet' the different model. It is just plain stupid that they swapped the key strokes for the redial with the voice activation. The button is sensitive and one simple tab of it will redial for you .... Can you imagine that (no need to be confused with other headset).
See the 2 reviews here: http://www.Amazon.com/Samsung-WEP500-Mini-Bluetooth-Headset/dp/B000UVNQ8M/ref=pd_bbs_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1210360166&sr=8-2 Exactly the same complaint.
