Yes, woot is based in TX so there's tax for TX folks. But there was a coupon for those unfortunate folks. Not sure if it still works, give it a try.

Confusing. In the description, it says "Color: one black set, one white set"---which to me suggests they're sending you one of each. But near the top, it says, "product: 1 Razer m100 Protone In-Ear Earphone."

It becomes clear one the next page when you put one in your shopping cart---you're only getting one pair.
