I just got back from Officemax. Here is the deal for this shredder
Original Price = $59.99
Instant Rebate = -$10.00
20% off clearance item = -$10.00 (0.2*(59.99-10))
Final price OTD = 39.99 + tax
They specifically made it clear in the store that the shredder is a clearance item and thus qualifying it for the 20% off.
To make the deal sweeter, I added some other clearnce items and used one of my $10 off $50 coupon that I got in the mail (they send me that every month)
On top of the 20% off clearance item, there are other items in the store that qualify 50% off the lowest clearance price. Awesome deal!

I am sure you can find other shredder that are cheaper and I am not here to make a statement that this is the best one. However, if you are in the market for this particular shredder, you won't be able to find anywhere cheaper online / B&M.
