Eligible purchase dates are 5/18 to 6.30.
We will be also getting $1/1 q coming in this weekend's smartsource inserts! There was also $ 1 off coupon two, Tums, Any 24 Ct. in Insert SS2 insert of 03-16-08 SS2. Coupon expire on 05-25-2008.

This was there from starting of this month but does not prints the coupon. Sorry, but the print limit on this offer has been reached.

I googled Tum rebate and some web site wanted to charge 0.05 for this rebate form.
Do I need to circle the item on the receipt?

Yes, follow the same directions on the form. Form asks that you submit original UPC from box, on receipt circle purchase price, just says submit receipt (done not say original, so a copy s/b OK too) and this is LIMIT ONE PER HOUSEHOLD. I would make a copy of the non-form submission for your records.
