Seems like a lot of work if the GPS does not come...

Too good to be true usually is, and I just plain dont believe it.

Why is this so unbelievable?

My Sony card paid me $150 when I signed up for it, and $50 if I spent $100 the next billing cycle. ($200 total)

This GPS is going for $129 at Frys.com.

Additionally, another poster contacted Discover to verify that the company is at least an affiliate.

Difference is those are by the company offering the cards.

This one is by a third party.

Is there any string attached to this GPS or Canon camera deal?

Can you just open an account and activate the card and not using it? do they still charge you for annual fees and whatnot?

Why don't you read the terms and conditions instead of taking someone else's word for it?

yobuttin said:This offer in my book is iffy. You may or may not receive the gps unit. I can guarantee that you will start receiving all kinds of junk mail from cc companies. Usually your data that you entered is sold to other outlets, not your SS#, just name, address. Expect to have your mailboxes overflowing with junk mail. nuff said
Even if that were the case...I don't care if I got a free, decent GPS unit.

Exactly.....how will my mailbox overflowing with junk mail be any different than it already is. The only difference is that I'll have a free Nuvi 200...
