This is definitely a good deal.
Not a fan of Abe's of Maine, but they have been around a long time. That said, Abe's does show on the approved dealer list for this offer:

Be sure to check the box your Canon camera comes in for *ALL* the accessories, battery, etc. Unfortunately, Canon does not seal their boxes, so it can be easily pilfered by dubious dealers.
Also, if you plan on fleabaying the printer, beware this thing weighs just over 35 lbs. so ground shipping will set you back roughly $40.
I took advantage of a previous Canon DSLR/printer rebate combo (Feb 15) and net the 40D body for about $750, see thread here.
This should be easier as you only have to fleabay the printer (I had to rid of the kit lens *and* printer) Took about 2 1/2 mos. to receive the two rebates.
