Between my sister, my girlfriend, and myself, we've used at least a dozen coupons at three different locations (two Sweet Tomatoes and one Souplatation). I haven't had a single issue, and every single cashier has known exactly what to do. Amazingly enough, although most or all of their coupons state that an ID is needed, not a single cashier has asked us for proof of identification.

I'll be more than happy to answer any other questions.

I haven't had any problems with coupons at their restaurants, but I'm sure it's YMMV and I may have just gotten lucky every time so far. I got a screenshot of the entire e-mail I received, just in case you or anyone else would like the entire e-mail instead. I know it has my name, but again, no cashier has ever checked my ID, so you should be safe.

Maybe I should have had the entire e-mail in my initial post; I actually decided against it because I've never had a problem with using coupons at Sweet Tomatoes and Souplatation (all the cashiers want is the WEB code; I've even had a time when I didn't bring a coupon but told the cashier the code, and he gave me the deal anyway). In any case, thanks for pointing out the my cropping above wasn't the best =P I hope the coupon works for you.

Souplantation is fantastic. Fresh Choice closed down in SoCal for a reason.

I was a big fan of Fresh Choice until I found Sweet Tomatoes. Since then, I've only gone to Fresh Choice about twice.
