Newegg has the ECS N8800GT-512MX+ GeForce 8800GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card for $179.99. This card has the passive Arctic Cooling Accelero cooler on it (no noise).

There is a $50 rebate available, however it is not listed on this card's page for some reason. The other ecs 8800gt model (with the reference cooler) has the rebate linked, and the rebate form says that this card, model N8800GT-512MX+, Item N82E16814134035, is eligible for a $50 rebate. Expires 5/31.

Total $179.99+$7.59(shipping)-$50.00= $137.58

This is a great deal considering the Accelero goes for around $30 and the Turbofans are something like $8. The reviews for the accelero are also really good (though I wouldn't know for an 8800gt) so unless you're scared of the rebate I think this would be the card to go for.
