Looks like the Deal is back on, they extended it till the 9th. On Sunday there seemed to have been a bug with their cart since it charged shipping even on big orders, I spoke to them today and they refunded my shipping costs My DVDs should be here tomorrow, w00t!

It's probably quicker and easier to deal with their live chat as apposed to paypal as it'll put a black mark on both your profiles.. I had an issue before and 5 min convo with live chat and i found out it was my mistake Had the wrong email in my paypal so the payment never went through..

FWIW, when I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago, I got an email within a day informing me that 1 of the items I ordered was out of stock and I could either order something else or get a refund. I emailed them back ordering another DVD and got a confirmation the next day that the entire order had shipped. I received the order 3 or 4 days later.

Over at AVS Forum I think I recall someone saying that there was a problem with orders placed on a specific date (May 26?). If you contact them I'm sure they'll make things right.
