I've been receiving TTG emails about these Red Button Deals (RBDs) and I've already saw two old threads on SD. Just got another email about gaming accessories and I went to search on TTG site, found two RBDs:


Wii Docking Charger for $6.99 Shipped

Wireless PS3 Controller for $29.99 Shipped


Prices are pretty reasonable and I havent yet found a better deal than that! I actually bought one docking charger, and my friend wants more ps3 controllers so I sent him the ps3 RBD link.

Looks like the RBDs are limited deals so once it's sold out, it goes back to regular pricing.

Why not just use regular rechargeable AA batteries in your Wii remote? Opening the cover to insert the batteries isn't that much work, is it?

I pretty much agree. Any decent rechargable AAs will have a much better battery life and they can be used in anything. Plus, with the rubber remote jackets it is hard to use dock chargers.

I pretty much agree. Any decent rechargable AAs will have a much better battery life and they can be used in anything. Plus, with the rubber remote jackets it is hard to use dock chargers.I also don't want to pay $14 for a kock-off recharging dock. Not a bad deal for someone who wants it though.
