Way too expensive for 350W. I got a 500W for less than that with rebate not too long ago.

It's not that it's expensive that makes this deal not hot, it's the fact that you can get the much better EarthWatts 450W PSU for this price, or even the EarthWatts 380W PSU for less a lot of the time.
You get what you pay for with power supplies; cheap 500W units weighing 2 lbs will crap out on you after time or under load. I've never used their basiq line and therefore don't know much about it, but I'd pay a few more bucks for an 80 plus certified one (I like the earthwatts line, Newegg had one I bought a few days ago for $50ish FS + $25 MIR for 380W). The Antec Earthwatts 430 is $60 w/ $30 MIR at Newegg ($9.25 S&H = $39.25 after MIR).
I think weight is a rather good indicator as to the quality of the power supply, but if you stick to name brands you probably won't have any problems.
