Heads up: Curry House (CA) Customer Appreciation Days June 24-25 Archived From: Hot Deals

House Foods Curry House will have a Customer Appreciation Days on June 24 (Tue) and June 25 (Wed). The ad says "Back to 1983: Enjoy the prices from 25 years ago". I don't know if the background picture (showing a menu) is the menu 25 years ago, but some that I can read says curries from 3.75-5.75, and spaghetti 3.74-4.00

It has a disclaimer:

- Items are limited to selections from 25 years ago (which might mean no hamburger/steak items)

- All Curry House stores are pariticipating (yes there's typo there) except Little Tokyo Take Out store and South Bay Galleria store.

- Ask manager for details.

For FWers that don't know this restaurant, this is pretty good in California. Here's the website and the latest menu. I'm not really a fan, since I think they taste similar to the packaged ones they sell at grocery stores, but with this 'oldie' prices, I guess I'll go there

Food and price are excellent but annually there's too much people and waiting for upto an hour makes me cringe..

Be there early and avoid usual lunch/dinner time!

I don't know if it's on the discounted menu, but the menchi katsu at Curry House is worth paying full price for.

I don't know about the other locations but with the Irvine one, you can order by phone and do a pickup and avoid the wait!

I took some images of the menu while I was there during lunch.

I missed the spaghetti section and its not the best quality image since i used my phone but it gives you an idea of the prices.

Nice deal OP. I have an add on. If by chance you go to the West Los Angeles Curry House on Sawtelle and can't get in because of the crowds. Cross the street and go to the other mall, on the South end of it you'll find Hurry Curry of Tokyo. Also a GREAT Japanese curry restaurant. It's been in that mall since the early 80's. Deservedly so. Yumm curry.

i go there a lot. food is good japanese style curry. i saw the ad in the store. don.t forget to stop by the bakery downstairs for gigantic fresh cream puffs. (sawtell @ocation ) curry is 10 dollar there anyway so i.m gonna skip the line, but fatwalllet lovers might love this bargain deal.
