I don't think that's the right review. Nextar uses a version of Intellinav software which is based on Navteq maps. The review talks about TeleAtlas maps.

Yea - this looks like a nice GPS and I like that it has TTS, the price is good too. That would be nice if it used Tele Atlas data - I prefer GPS's with Tele Atlas. I find them to be accurate/reliable with a lot of POI's.
