Aaaarrrhgghhhh!!! Finally bit the bullet and ordered 19 DVDs. Cost of DVDs was $80.48. S/H was $20.01. Total $100.49 i.e. just above $5 per DVD. Not bad, though 19 DVDs for $80.48 would be even hotter!

My customer service ticket is closed with the response "Please order again as the charge to your credit card did not go through". However, my credit card activity shows the amount as pending. I will create the order again and see what happens. Citibank should be able to help resolve the issue if I am charged twice.
