Do they sell the Trilogy in Brand NEW condition or used? The description never said whether the DVD is new or used. In addition, how reliable is the site?

title still reads $29.99. anyway just bought one set. thanks op. been looking for this for a while. its $50 range always on Amazon. never bought from these guys before but looking at their blog looks like they have been around for a while. in for one. thanks again op.
Does anyone know how this company will box this, or how they've boxed anything else someone might have ordered from them? I won't order this unless I know it'll be boxed well enough to prevent getting dented up. With a low RR, it's not worth dealing with them if it does. And they could say as long as it plays, it's not damaged.
BTW, does anyone know what they're trying to say here in their description:?

I think its a scam.
I received an email from them saying they 'ran out' of the new boxed versions and would I be willing to accept a 'used opened one'.
what a laugh.
I may even have to cancel my credit card that I used with them. this 'company' (which is in brooklyn, btw; which should give you some clue about what they're all about) seems about as shady as the other brookly bait/swap camera shops.
I doubt ANYONE will get the new boxed version that they were promised.
...yet another company to add to my 'do not EVER do business with' list. sigh ;(

Yeah, I got the same email. I asked for a refund.
