Great deal for a sport fanatic!

This is an awesome deal! Love ESPN the mag, haven't had it in almost a year, getting 4 years at 12 bucks is great!

alert mods

In for 4 years. Thanks OP!

In for 4 years for 12 bucks.

It's a cheap price to pay for talking with my mouth instead of my rear.

It's officially dead. I ordered for myself, sent it out to my coworkers and by then the coupon was no longer being accepted.

I'd love for somebody to prove me wrong on this though

OOS coupon does not work anymore. Still green for OP.

daed...

Tried to order following OP instructions before the deal was flagged dead. Tried to email after the order went through for $120. Emailed but no response yet, phone just allows a voice mail. I might have dispute with CC company.

If anyone doesn't like the actual magazine, such as myself, you can call ESPN and have them send the magazine overseas to the Armed Forces...which is what I did when I called to renew. The operator asked me if I wanted to give it to someone specific, but since I don't know anyone in The Forces they send it to someone randomly. I thought that was pretty cool anyway.

As far as you know...

I have been using FW for so long, and still don't understand how these things work. How can anyone make money or for that matter even break even with a deal like this? Even the total paper cost for 104 magazines will be more than $12 leave alone printing and shipping and everything that goes in the magazines. And I don't believe that these kind of magazines make all their money through the printed advertisements.

It's a fast way to get your circulation up , so thay can charge more for the
advertisements.

I think many advertising contracts guarantee a certain number of paid copies sold, so if subscriptions drop off or too many returns from bookstores and newstands, blow out a buttload of subscriptions to keep the numbers up.
