I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the Fry's ad today w/a 9750 Quad Core on sale for the same price. Then reality hits and it was for an AMD, bleh, wishful reading...
This is a good price except for those of us all dual cored out (4 here) were it not for that reason I'd be all over this one.
Picked one up today at City of Industry Fry's, CA. After tax this is cheaper than the Retail version which costs about $209.99 online before taxes! So for 169.99 + tax = $184.01 is a great deal. The amount you save, you can put into a better CPU cooler since the CPU is OEM (just the CPU itself). You may also sell the motherboard and use that for the purchase of another motherboard with more features.
