Just go to http://www.rockbox.org/ and follow the directions. Use the one for the e200... I assume it applies to the entire e2x0 series.

I just installed it on my mini last week and it was pretty easy....of course the wife looked at it and said "wtf is this? I don't like it."

I think it's pretty cool.

I purchased one of these back around December. By March (of course after 90 days) my left headphone stopped working. It's not a problem with the headphone, but a problem with the jack. These things are cheap for a reason. I don't think I would purchase from Sandisk again.

Last week I bought an E260 - 4Meg unit from Woot. Today it died - screen went dead. Man I was peeved! Then I say this - suddenly I'm not so upset. Naturally I'm looking for a refund from Woot. How are they on refunds?

Same here about two years of abuse (in boats, cars, waverunners) and works fine.

Rockbox works good with these but there was a problem installing rockbox on the 2nd version of the e200 series. It may have been resolved by now.
