Zinio.com now provides free services for those magazines but only for Iphone users. So I modified one open-source browser K-Meleon to have the ability to browse those magazines from your computer directly. Free free to try this out:

Unpack to a folder and run kmeleon.exe

It will bring you directly to those magazines.

Or if you 're using Firefox, install extension "User Agent Switcher"
