Searched for "universal gps mount" on eBay and found several buy it nows from eforcity and everydaysource (I think they are the same company)for about $1 less, also with free shipping. Look very similar in format. I have no idea if any of these units is more or less sturdy or has superior suction power. All look ok.

Thanks for the link. That looks pretty cool...easy to use and move around. The way my windshield is, there is not much space between it and the dash. It can be a pain to mount the regular holder. Not too mention removing it every time I park somewhere. Thieves look for the mounts and even the "ringmarks" left on the windshield assuming there will be a GPS unit in the car somewhere.
dunno how the FW community will take this but a very prominent feebay seller of cell phone accessories is packaging these WITH a cell phone case for $6 shipped in the case of my blackberry.
LOL I read the 360D as 36D and thought about something else....
