I think this is a very hot price on a branded TV that will be available nationally for a few days. Regular price is $999 instant discount to $650. I have seen this TV in a few different places (stores and bars) and it is very good quality just behind Sony, Samsung, Toshiba, Sharp, Panasonic and LG. If I had the cash I would be all over it.
It's in there local paper ad, looks like it is B&M only. Probably for the holiday weekend, then back up in price afterwards.
Worth the gas for some people...

It's OOS in a 300 mile radius of me in VA. I miss the days of legitimate OD clearances

Grabbed last one(was in the back) in Upland, Ca Colonies store Sunday 6-29-08 after calling nearby stores. Haven't got it out of the box yet, but $710.36 out the door for 37" was too good to pass up. Perfect bedroom size.

I bought what should be the last one in Chicago area. Not bad. Beats the Buy dot com 32" Westinghouse TV I bought a month ago. That is if this one lasts longer than 1 hour before it dies. Buy was great to deal with but the hassle of the shipping and everything I opted for a local deal and local return if there is problems. To date I have been 0 for 3 with LCD TVs.

The website said discontinued for me too, but it was in stock in my local store. So it might be worthwhile to head to the store. I got another 10% off which brought it down to 584 plus tax for me.

I'll have to go to my local OD and see if they have any in stock then. I've been looking for a 37" LCD.
