Just check your local BestBuy. They sell it for the MSRP of 299.99, and you can use the 10% off coupon to make it 269.99... Personally, I don't think this is a good deal at all unless you just absolutely have to have the video card by the end of the week.

Only the HD 4850 is available in BB stores for now. The 4870 is listed as online-only and the 10/12% coupon doesn't work online.
I just went to my local BB and they ordered me the 4870 and didn't charge me anything extra to ship it to the store, was allowed to use the current 12% coupon out now. Total after taxes was 276.19. Pretty good price of you ask me. They said it should arrive by July 9th.
times are changing when BB can offer the latest greatest videocard cheaper than the Egg.

Nice. I'm not sure they would do that everywhere but if you can get them to in your local store that's the best price going at the moment (unless/until they bring back the 25% live search CashBack, which I'm still waiting for)

7/14 update: well, after getting stuck in Buy.com's "address verification" purgatory for 6 days, I've canceled the order. 
It'll be $289.09 from Newegg (after 1% cb and 1% AMEX) which is 12.65 more than this deal but at least I'll get the dang thing! That's what great about the Egg.

I was watching Sparco for some $292.43+ship cards due in stock today but then I found this great deal. I first clicked Live Search and filled that form in, then I redeemed the 5% coupon, and then the purchase. Firefox3 didn't like Buy.com's many ads during the purchase process so I had to use good old IE7. I hope the 2% Live Search payment works - still no email from CashBack@microsoft.com. Also, I wonder how long Buy.com's "budget" shipping will take. I'm close to a major warehouse in Harrisburg PA ... Newegg cheapo shipping is next day for stuff stocked in that location. This will be great - I had a 7800GTX, a 8800GTX (sold via Craig's List), back to the 7800GTX, and now this! At 1280-1024 all my Team Fortress 2 settings are at minimum now and I sometimes dip into 20s FPS ... not anymore with this monster! I can hook my 1600-1200 LCD and max everything out - can't wait!
