Is it possible to return paint with rebates submitted online? I was thinking of stocking up these, but not sure if I will need that much.

If you get the paint off the shelf then you should be able to return the paint as mixed-paint cannot be return. But you probably won't get the rebate.

I think if you buy the paint without getting it colored, then you can return/exchange it later. I tried last time to return/exchange, but couldn't because I had to remove the UPCs, they told me if I didn't remove the UPC, I could've just done an exchange without a problem and I was past the return/exchange time limit too.

I just bought a gallon of BEHR exterior a couple days ago, and I can't find the receipt.
Any hope for me? call HD and ask if they can look it up?
I used a credit/debit card.

ps - what's the dept number on your receipt? I can get the upc off the can..
any other info from the receipt? ;-(

Online: you only need store#, register #, transaction #, date of purchase and dept # (107946 pre July 4th purchase) and you don't need to cut the UPC off.

Mail in: you need the form, orig UPC cut out and a copy of the receipt...either way, sounds like you're out of luck unless you can get a copy from the store if they can pull off your info if you used a credit card.

You can get 1 gallon free of any paint if you are approved for hd credit card .I just did it I wander if you still can get rebate and make $5.00

Just return your paint w/o the receipt to get a store credit and use it to buy it again. Hope it helps.

If you submit online - you do not need to mail in a rebate form or receipt - how about UPCs ???! Anyone had any experience? TYIA!
