Thanks OP! Ordered 3 helicopters and 1 stealth plane, what can I go wrong with $9.95 ea. helicopter and $12.96 stealth? They're all returneable at local store IF they won't work out for me.

I almost wet myself when I saw that pic, and thought it was the Shadow Hawk for that price but you're right... The description is all wrong. Some folks might be in for a surprise when they don't get that cool plane. That plane is supposed to be pretty solid. At $12 it would have been scorching hot.
I think the Terrantor is a driving vehicle that is made to look like a plane. I believe the picture and description are accurate. You'll notice that it says nothing about flying, but does say it has wheels and is designed to look like a stealth plane.

No, this is the picture that's listed on the CC page. It's certainly not a $12 plane and if it was, R/C guys would be fighting each other in the aisles to get it... Trust me, I'm one of them!
Just went to pick mine up at the store and they gave me 2 Shadow Hawk airplanes for $28.00 (inlcudes tax). How much are these normally? Seems like great deal for 2 shadow hawks. I originally ordered the terranator. Thanks OP.
I got mine yesterday. It says right on it "Shadowhawk XPV 2.0" I'm assuming that's good for 12 bucks?

wish me luck, I'm going to pick up my plane now. Will report back what they give me here in San Diego. Since they have to scan in the UPC to release the pick-up, I can't imagine them being able to give you a different item. But I can hope
UPDATE: got 2 of the Shadow Hawks!!!

UPDATE: got 2 of the Shadow Hawks!!!What's the model and UPC # on the box?
I got two for this price - then another great deal came, as the canadiens say, "aboot"...i decided to go cheap on the batteries, the CC NX brand were 12 AAA for 5 bucks so I bought one pack - they rang up for 1.10 incl tax!! so I bought the rest of them. Score! YMMV though...
FYI - these are planes that fly and fly well, if you've got a lot of airspace. they will also race like cars but swince are are PLANES there's no reverse. Happy flying! Whoever that was who going to wet themselves, maybe you can find a deal on depends when you order these...lol

Mine has the first aid kit but no flight instructions.
ok I dug a bit more and it was in the side stuck between the packaging and the box. it seemed a bit weird i wouldn't have it since it was very clean and factory sealed....found both instructions and repair kit....says battery takes 80 mins to charge. i don't know about blinking but i think in and out glow of red always happens...i think the green light lit means it's fully charged.

Thanks for that tip! I found the first aid kit and instructions, hidden as you mentioned between the packaging and the box!
got a blue XPV 2.0 shadow hawk (49 MHz). The red one was 27 MHz so if you want to fly both at the same time get one of each. 3 left at the Beavercreek OH CC.
It's somewhat faster than the storm launcher that we have and more durable. I flew it on black top and ended up shaving off the nose about a 1/2". I'll put a plastic nose cone on and it should be ok.
I picked up my order of two today, without any questions. Selected a red and a blue. The shelf tag in-store matched the website's item ID. They were $24.xx on the shelf. Kennesaw, GA has about a dozen planes left on the shelf. I can also confirm the Nexxtech 12-pack battery clearance. Acworth, GA store had them at $1.37 on the shelf, but rang at $1.10 each. CSR said "Wow", so he obviously didn't know. Bought some AAA. AA were same price, but they had none. Picked up some Eneloop 4-packs at $7.xx each, too. Time to charge my plane. Thanks, OP.

Grabbed a Shadowhawk in the store.
It's dead. It wouldn't charge, fast flashing of the red/green lights. After 4 hours it wouldn't respond to remote.
I went out to find another one and that one charged correctly. Though it seems like it was opened, no damage to the body however.
Purchased two of these at the Dayton Mall CC and had no issues. They gave me a red and a blue one. I charged one up for a couple hours and took it outside to try it out. It does take off from the street and can go pretty fast. There was about 10 hard crashes into trees and a few nose dives into pavement as everyone had to take a turn trying to fly. Aside from some foam coming off the front of the plane, I was surprised how well it was holding up. My neighborhood is fairly open I thought, but these can get away pretty fast and end up crashing into the nearest tree. I would say these are great for the price and really thank the OP!!!!
pezgarden said: My friend bought 10 Shadow Hawks today @ $10.50 each. So, you may want to check your CC, and get a price adjustment. i bought 3 @ $12.xx.I saw them priced on the shelf today at $10.37. I saw an in-store flyer stating they're selling all toys and musical instruments at an additional 20% off. That's the difference between the $12.96 I paid before, and the $10.37 today.
