Actually, now it's on $249.99 on Amazon.
I just bought a refurbished Garmin Nuvi 650 from eBay for $220 - 20% MS CashBack = ~$176 eBay Link
I already own a TomTom ONE 3rd Edition. After comparing both of them, I found the TomTom ONE to be more accurate and easier to use. Even with the TTS, I still prefer the TomTom ONE in planning routes. However, the 650 has a MP3 player and a larger screen. In addition, it has an audio jack to connect to my speaker. Like some other Nuvi 650 owners, I find the voice to be quite soft.
The Nuvi 650 does not come with a manual, case, or AC Adapter.
I also recommend the Bracketron Dash Pad Link. For only $11, it can keep the GPS in place on a dashboard. This is especially useful for drivers in California and Minnesota, where windshield mounting is illegal. It is easy to put away afterward so thieves don't see it! I have one, and it is great!
