From the PETsMART FAQ:

If you have the cashier ring up each qualifying product separately you should qualify for multiple coupons. That's what I do when they have $5/10/15 off coupons. They ring up each qualifying amount separately so I can apply each of the coupons.

Where did you see that purchases must be made July 1-31? The list of qualifying products is dated for purchase July 1-28 but the offer is for purchases until August 18 so it sounded like there might be a new group of products July 29-Aug 18.
