This seems like a decent deal for 4gb of laptop memory. Other member mentioned that it should work the same as PC5300 memory.
Bad thing is that there is a $30 rebate and you have to pay shipping, but it still seems to come out cheaper than most places.

I just bought it today from a local Houston store for $74.99 minus $30 MIR. It works great in my cheap Inspiron 1525.
