Not done much research but $200 seems a little high even for an unlocked refurb..

I'm sure eBay has them cheaper.

you can even do is, call tmobile sales and get a blackberry (no activation, free pearl & curve), and than call them in 15 days to cancel the line and if you dont return the phone, you end up paying 100+tax, which would be around 106/107..
