Good Post but be aware $8.95 shipping on an $8 pen eats up a lot of the "green" on this deal.
For people with PDA's and smartphones the stylus combo pen even at $16.95 isn't too bad a deal (especially if you lost all your styli). Decent stylus/pen combo's regularly run $10+... perhaps the premium would be worth it to take a chance on a (presumed) better writing instrument by means of the CROSS reputation.
Oh and dont forget to add tax for AZ, CA, CT, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WA, WI orders, geesh!
I'm sorry but I can't justify spending more then $5 per pen. Now if it can write upside down then maybe.
What make these pen so special? (besides it being plated in gold)
Link dead?

Just fashion, I have a few that I have received as gifts, they are nice pens, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy them.
Thank you for the link! I needed a new pen, and wanted that free shipping, so I bought seven.

In addition to style/name, they do last forever and a half. My dad (an engineer) always has one in his pocket and it never bleeds out and always writes. I personally prefer writing with more bleeding-prone fountain pens, but this is as nice as ball points get.
These actually make very nice gifts, especially for graduates and business associates. I wonder if these come in fancy boxes like I usually see Cross pens come in? This might be a good stock-up opportunity for people with seniors in high school.
thanks man.. got the ink pen.. 50% off on this one is good deal..
this one is good deal too but sold out though !!
writing is pretty neat.. if you prefer fountain pens..
Try CRFREESHIP to get rid of that pesky $8.95
Also MCTOWN20 works for Townsend pens, but it's 20% off the discounted price this time, not the original...they've gotten so darn sensible over there at Cross.com, I just can't stand it.

Thank you, and thanks also to you, OP!
No problem! I bought the little green pen for $7.56 shipped.
Thanks for CFREESHIP CODE.I ordered one $7.00 shipped.
Hmmm...free shipping code seems not to be working now. Tried it and got a message in red letters: "The Promotion Code is Invalid".
Anyone have a different free shipping code for Cross.com?
Grr. Red pen is sold out.
