Had one of these for 8 months and 2 of the ports (#5, #7) haven't worked since April. When I plug in an external HDD, then #4 usually stops working as well.
Overall, it's a good product ... but it would be *great* if I could still actually rely on having all 7 ports work.

I have two of these for more than 2 years, and they are always on except occasional downtime. Every port is still green and running.
What about this one for $15.02? No rebate involved.
If the device that were stop working was external HDD/Flashdrive/etc., then perhaps there's a conflict on Drive Letters. Just a guess.

Nice deal. I got the same one from DealExtreme, it was more expensive there...and has been ok, had to reboot it once in a while. The PS that came with it was crap so I swapped it out with another 5V i had from a router...can't complain, it's nice to have this many ports.
price went up, now it's $23.84
It's a decent hub. Use velcro to keep it on the damn desk. Otherwise, it is one of the better 7-port models. I have a few APC (yeah, the power folks) branded 7-port that are real nice too.

Not going to work.
1) You have to spot the lower price within 30 days. Folks that got in on this deal in July would not be eligible.
2) It has been posted here on FW that Amaz0n is stopping the price match on earlier purchases policy. I personally have not been denied a PM and I did one about a week ago.
The original deal was $16.99 AR making the current price not so hot.
