thanks op. was looking at this last week (don't remember the price then). free shipping is nice too. keep in mind with these newish sdhc your old card readers may not work anymore - at least that's what i've heard.

Your S3 example gives me hope of it working with my SD850. I bought it without doing much research, except for reading very favorable Newegg reviews (over 200 of them, so I doubt they are all horribly biased).
Your SD850 will take SDHC cards for sure. Check this review here.

yeah, that's why i liked Amazon. since when did they start charging sales tax to certain states. as quoted from Amazon:
